About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative supports customers with sales and rental equipment needs. The role also handles rental contracts, billing documents, supply sales and restocking, customer inquiries, and equipment loading and unloading when needed. Work takes place in both office and warehouse environments, with occasional travel of approximately 30%. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays; schedules and hours may vary as needed. Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous construction equipment experience.
• General knowledge of construction equipment.
• Self-starter able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Good organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and meet challenging deadlines.
• Previous customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; a motor vehicle check will be performed on the final candidate.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and hours as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of DBS.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with sales and rental equipment needs.
• Enter rental contracts and prepare billing statements and invoices.
• Order supplies, sell supply items, and restock them.
• Answer customer calls and questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Load and unload equipment when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Pick and restock inventory in the warehouse as needed.
