About The Position

Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking independent, motivated, career-minded individuals to join its Mortgage Protection team. Team members help families protect their income by presenting mortgage protection coverage. The company provides mentorship, training, and support. This work-from-home role allows agents to choose whether to meet clients virtually or in person. Available schedules include spare time (4–8 hours per week), part-time (8–25 hours per week), and full-time (25–50 hours per week), with stated potential monthly earnings of $500–$2,000, $2,000–$5,000, and $10,000–$20,000 respectively. Earnings and outcomes are not guaranteed and vary based on factors including effort, use of the training and sales system, lead engagement, and customer insurance needs in the agent’s chosen geographic area.

Requirements

Be coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined, and growth-minded.
Commit to a schedule of 4–8, 8–25, or 25–50 hours per week, depending on the selected work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective clients who previously requested coverage and schedule appointments to discuss mortgage protection.
Research information provided by clients to tailor coverage options to their financial needs in the event of death or disability.
Meet with clients virtually or in person to present coverage options, explain details, and assist with applications.
Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
