About The Position

This field-based Sales Representative role supports healthcare providers with Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) solutions in the San Antonio, Texas territory. The representative manages territory sales, partners with physicians and clinical teams, and provides product support in office and procedural settings. The position combines consultative selling, clinical engagement, and territory management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. It is 100% commission-based and eligible for bonuses and benefits, with travel of 20%.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments; or a bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment, with interest in a sales career; or at least 5 years of professional experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals.
Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments.
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds in a clinical environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, including customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.

Nice To Haves

Experience in medical device, ENT, surgical, healthcare, or procedural sales.
Experience calling on hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, or procedural accounts.
Experience supporting procedures, product evaluations, or operating room activities.
Knowledge of healthcare purchasing processes, hospital systems, and group purchasing organizations.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting and selling ENT products to physicians, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and other healthcare providers.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through territory planning, account development, and opportunity management.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
Support product evaluations, procedures, and customer demonstrations in operating room and office-based environments.
Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value to support purchasing decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, office staff, and key decision-makers across assigned accounts.
Manage inventory, forecast territory needs, and maintain accurate sales and account records.
Collaborate with regional leadership to execute territory strategies, monitor performance, and address customer needs.
