About The Position

Kitchen Magic is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join their team as Sales Representatives in Northern NJ. This is a field-based role where you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present custom kitchen and bath solutions. The company provides comprehensive training on products, processes, and a proven sales approach, enabling you to guide customers from design inspiration to a signed agreement in a single visit. This opportunity offers the potential for a steady six-figure income with no cold calling, uncapped commission, and all confirmed leads provided. In-office sales meetings are held bi-monthly in Nazareth, PA.

Requirements

• Ambitious and earnings-driven individuals who thrive on hitting sales targets and exceeding goals
• Able to travel to appointments within a one hour radius
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Saturday and weekday evening availability
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home or consultative sales experience is a plus
• Great communication and active listening skills

Responsibilities

• Meeting homeowners in their homes for scheduled appointments
• Delivering engaging, informative sales presentations that highlight products, value, and design options
• Creating custom kitchen and bath solutions that meet each client’s style and budget
• Following up with customers as needed and managing your pipeline
