Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, painting, and general product assembly.
  • Knowledge of the safe use of hand and power tools.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills of general office repairs and Maintenance
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail & proactive.
  • Professional presentation and attitude.
  • Ability to maintain focus while working individually and understand when to ask for assistance.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Driver's License/clean driving record
  • High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or technical college degree
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Subject to background check/ drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Handling basic office repairs and maintenance.
  • Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
  • Responding to maintenance service requests.
  • Repairing/assembling office equipment, furniture, as necessary.
  • Assist with relocations, office openings, and shuttling equipment/supplies between locations.
