About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. This role targets clients and prospects with 1-49 employees within a defined geographic territory. The Sales Representative will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions, and sell additional solutions to existing clients. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, assessing client needs, and closing business. The company provides high-quality sales training and the latest sales technology. The role requires integrity, resilience, positivity, and a refuse-to-lose attitude. Requirements

  • One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR Military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals independently and collaboratively within an assigned geography.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen relationships by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
