About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. This role offers uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and career advancement within a Fortune 250 company that provides industry-leading sales training and technology. The Sales Representative will work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients with 1-49 employees, identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, as well as selling additional solutions to existing clients. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, assessing client needs, presenting solutions, and closing business in the field. While no prior sales experience is required, the company provides high-quality sales training and teaches the use of the latest sales technology. Requirements

  • One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR Military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals, working independently and collaboratively within assigned geography.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
