  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.

  • Ability to relate to customers by having laundered clothes, unloaded a dishwasher, arranged items in a refrigerator or have prepared a tasty meal.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively pursue and hunt for business through cold calling, networking, and having a strong community presence.
  • Consult with customers over the phone and in our beautiful showrooms providing sound guidance on our products and exceptional customer service to align them with the most relevant and desired appliance needs.
  • Welcome and greet customers listening with empathy, addressing objections by offering your timely solutions and credible advice.
  • Achieve and pursue monthly and annual sales and revenue targets ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  • Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development keeping up to date with Trail systems and operations, marketplace information, products, pricing, and trends.
  • Serve and represent as a proud Trail Appliances ambassador using our mission and values as your foundation for success.
