Responsibilities

  • Proactively pursue and hunt for business through cold calling, networking, and having a strong community presence
  • Consult with customers over the phone and in showrooms, providing sound guidance on products and exceptional customer service to align them with relevant appliance needs
  • Welcome and greet customers, listening with empathy, addressing objections by offering timely solutions and credible advice
  • Achieve and pursue monthly and annual sales and revenue targets, ensuring the highest level of customer service
  • Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, fostering open and constructive communication to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, keeping up to date with Trail systems and operations, marketplace information, products, pricing, and trends
  • Serve and represent as a proud Trail Appliances ambassador using the company's mission and values as a foundation for success
