About The Position

Suricats Consulting is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Remote Entry Level Sales Representative to support business development and help introduce the company’s consulting services to prospective clients. This full-time, fully remote position is suited to someone beginning a sales career who communicates clearly, enjoys building professional relationships, and is eager to learn a structured consultative sales process. You will research potential clients, conduct thoughtful outreach, follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues to help create qualified business opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional, courteous approach.
• Interest in sales, business development, customer service, or consulting; previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn prospect research, lead qualification, CRM systems, and consultative sales techniques.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage follow-ups and priorities independently.

• Reliable internet access, a suitable remote work environment, and the ability to participate in virtual meetings.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Research organizations and identify prospective clients whose needs may align with Suricats Consulting’s services.
• Support outbound outreach through approved channels, including professional email, phone calls, and business networking platforms.
• Respond to inbound inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
• Ask relevant questions to understand prospects’ goals, challenges, and potential interest in consulting support.
• Qualify leads using established criteria and schedule introductory conversations or meetings for the appropriate team members.
• Follow up with prospects respectfully and consistently, using a helpful, customer-centered approach.
• Maintain complete and accurate contact details, activity notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline updates in the company’s CRM or other approved tools.
• Prepare basic prospect research and assist with sales materials, presentations, and meeting coordination as needed.
• Work with sales, marketing, and consulting colleagues to share prospect feedback, support a consistent message, and improve outreach practices.
• Meet agreed activity and quality expectations, participate in coaching, and follow company policies for confidentiality and professional communication.
