About The Position

Rose Roofing & Restoration is seeking motivated individuals to join their field team as Entry Level Sales Representatives. This is a people-focused, outdoor role where no prior roofing or sales experience is required. The company provides comprehensive training and support. The primary responsibilities include connecting with homeowners in local neighborhoods to inform them about complimentary exterior inspections and schedule appointments for the sales team. This role does not involve climbing roofs or carrying ladders; it focuses on initiating conversations and generating opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated neighborhoods with the Rose team.
• Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners.
• Inform homeowners about complimentary exterior inspections available in their area.
• Schedule interested homeowners with a member of the sales team.
• Learn the fundamentals of communication, customer interaction, and field sales.
