About The Position

Rose Roofing & Restoration is seeking motivated individuals to join their field team as Entry Level Sales Representatives. This is a people-focused, outdoor role where the primary responsibility is to connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods, inform them about complimentary exterior inspections, and schedule appointments for the sales team. No prior roofing or sales experience is necessary, as comprehensive training and support will be provided. The role does not involve climbing roofs or carrying ladders; it focuses on initiating conversations and generating opportunities. Responsibilities

Visit designated neighborhoods with the Rose team.
Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners.
Inform homeowners about complimentary exterior inspections available in their area.
Schedule interested homeowners with a member of our sales team.
Learn the fundamentals of communication, customer interaction, and field sales.
