•$70,000 - $80,000•Onsite

About The Position

Core-Mark, part of Performance Food Group, markets consumer goods and provides products, programs, and solutions to convenience retailers across the U.S. and Canada. The Sales Representative supports company growth by managing existing independent convenience-store customers and developing new customer relationships across an assigned territory, including Gallup, New Mexico, Northern Arizona (including Page, Arizona), and the Navajo Nation. The role focuses on growing sales and profitability through foodservice and convenience programs, territory management, and tailored customer engagement. This is a field-based sales position, with approximately 90% driving travel within the local territory. The representative reports to the Albuquerque operating company and travels there for sales meetings and as business needs require. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A reliable vehicle, mileage reimbursement, and a car allowance through the CarData program are part of the role; a company cell phone is provided. The starting salary during training is $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience. After training, compensation can include uncapped commissions, spiffs, and a subsidy until the representative's territory scales to 100% commission. The posting states that top performers can earn well over $100,000 annually and that commissions are earned on every order. Core-Mark describes opportunities for growth and internal promotion, along with frequent training. The company also highlights a safe and inclusive working environment and competitive pay and benefits.
