About The Position
Universal Windows Direct is urgently hiring for Sales Representatives. This role offers a path to earning over $150K with a $5,000 training salary plus uncapped commission. The company provides pre-set, qualified appointments, eliminating the need for cold calling. Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
- Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
- A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
- The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs (sample windows)
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in Sales
- Previous experience in Commission based sales
- Previous experience in Lead Generation
- Previous experience in Home Improvement Industry
- Previous experience in Teaching/Public Speaking
- Previous experience in Bartending/Waitressing
- Previous experience in other Customer Service focused positions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
- Identify customer needs / wants and utilize UWD's proven sales presentation
- Negotiate and close the sale
