Requirements

Proven track record in sales — you've done this before and have results to show
Self-managed, competitive, and income-driven
Coachable — open to a proven system even if you've had success before
Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM
18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Working residential neighborhoods across Pittsburgh, Cranberry Township, Washington PA, Bethel Park, Canonsburg, Monroeville, Bridgeville, and Aliquippa—meeting homeowners face-to-face and helping them make a smarter energy decision.
Connecting with homeowners and starting real, straightforward conversations about energy savings.
Educating customers clearly so they feel confident making a decision.
Walking customers through an accurate enrollment process start to finish.
Hitting weekly activity goals and managing your own pipeline.
Growing into leadership based on your results—not your tenure.
