The Sales Representative, Retail Sales position requires the passion and commitment to excel while consistently providing the highest levels of teamwork, customer service, account management, and fresh berry sales performance to the Driscoll’s Retail Sales Channel. The Senior Sales Representative position will be responsible for maintaining customer demand accuracy and sales execution in alignment with our mid and short range customer sales targets and plans for category growth. This will be accomplished through effective, cross functional engagement with our Customer Development, Demand Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Planning, and Sales Leadership teams. Through their assigned customer account base, the Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for collaboratively executing our short range, daily sales activities as is necessary to maintain an orderly sales and distribution process in alignment with short range supply and demand forecast fluctuations. The Sales Representative position will demonstrate a strong passion for operational excellence through continuous process improvement, continuous dedication to team skill development across a broad spectrum of selling skills, as well as collaborative teamwork and effective decision making. The Sales Representative position will help create and maintain a high performing, collaborative selling environment based in teamwork and in alignment with Driscoll’s Mission, Vision and Values.
