About The Position
Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters, with over 20 years of experience and 14 locations nationwide. This is a field-based, consultative, and relationship-driven career where sales representatives identify storm damage, guide homeowners through the insurance claim and restoration process, and build trust. The role is not a call center or desk job with a quota sheet. Most successful representatives come from diverse backgrounds such as retail, food service, real estate, and the military, valuing the ability to connect with people, handle rejection, and persevere.

Responsibilities
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services
- Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build enough trust to earn a second conversation
- Educate homeowners on their options and support them through the insurance process
- Schedule inspections and coordinate with our production team through project completion
- Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development
