About The Position
Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters, with over 20 years of experience and 14 locations nationwide. This is a field-based, consultative, and relationship-driven role where sales representatives identify storm damage in neighborhoods, meet with homeowners, and guide them through the insurance claim and restoration process. It is not a call center or desk job with a quota sheet. The company emphasizes that many successful representatives come from diverse backgrounds such as retail, food service, real estate, and the military, highlighting the importance of the ability to communicate, handle rejection, and persevere.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and apply feedback
- Comfortable with people and conversations
- Self-directed and able to manage one's own output
- Physically mobile, able to work outside, in neighborhoods, and sometimes on rooftops
- Resilient and able to handle rejection
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services
- Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to earn a second conversation
- Educate homeowners on their options and support them through the insurance process
- Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team through project completion
- Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development
