Sales Representative – 1099 | Start Something New | $80K–$110K+ | No Experience Required
About The Position
Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters, with over 20 years of experience and 14 locations nationwide. This is a field-based, consultative, and relationship-driven career where sales representatives meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage, guide them through the insurance claim and restoration process, and build trust. It is not a call center or desk job with a quota sheet. The role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based income, supplemented by a startup draw for the first 8 weeks. Comprehensive paid training is provided, covering roofing fundamentals, the insurance process, and sales techniques. The schedule offers flexibility, though evenings and weekends may be necessary depending on homeowner availability and market conditions.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and apply feedback
- Comfortable with people and conversations
- Self-directed and able to manage one's own output
- Physically mobile, able to be outside, in neighborhoods, and sometimes on rooftops
- Resilient and able to handle rejection

Responsibilities
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services
- Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build enough trust to earn a second conversation
- Educate homeowners on their options and support them through the insurance process
- Schedule inspections and coordinate with our production team through project completion
- Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development
