About The Position
This is a full-time Sales Representative / Estimator role with significant opportunity for personal and financial growth. The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a full-service gutter and gutter guard company. Our mission is simple: deliver a 5-star customer experience while reinventing contractor service. We take pride in professionalism, communication, craftsmanship, and creating long-term relationships with both customers and employees. As a Sales Representative / Estimator, you’ll meet with homeowners to inspect gutter systems and identify problems, educate customers on water management solutions, build trust and deliver professional recommendations, prepare estimates and proposals, follow up promptly and professionally, coordinate with internal production teams, and help customers protect their homes from costly water damage. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, being rewarded for performance, working independently while contributing to a team, and building a long-term career in sales.
