Responsibilities

Market professional services and generate leads.
Manage the bid process with all parties involved, always following up on submitted proposals.
Make appropriate product and service offerings based on customer requests and specifications.
Write quotes, including material and labor, that meet or exceed the scope of work.
Collaborate with appropriate departments to begin work and keep CRM up to date.
Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to ensure effective communication and manage expectations.
Follow up on customer questions, needs, or concerns, and make adjustments to ensure all projects stay on schedule.
Close leads and ensure customers are happy.
