Responsibilities

Conduct sales calls, build relationships, and present opportunities to dentists over the phone
Maintain and grow the existing book of business across your territory
Attend trade shows and other networking events to generate opportunities
Build a successful network of COIs in the territory and leverage those relationships
Understand financial and legal concepts to help guide clients through employment contract negotiations
Enter information into and stay on top of the company CRM
Conduct cold marketing activities such as cold calls, cold emailing, cold walk-ins
Meet or exceed activity goals, lead goals, and sales goals
Identify customer needs and provide solutions that are the best for the client
Be available to take calls and conduct consults after hours and on weekends
Promptly answer calls and respond to clients to exceed their expectations
