Requirements

Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of property and casualty insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to quickly build rapport and engage customers effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or dialer systems.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.

Previous experience in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support high-volume outbound calls using an automated dialer system.
Engage customers professionally to introduce auto and home insurance products.
Identify customer needs and qualify leads for follow-up by licensed advisors.
Accurately document call outcomes, customer information, and next steps in the system.
Schedule callbacks or transfers to the appropriate sales teams.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets related to calls and lead generation.
Handle objections effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
