About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help residential customers organize their homes. The role combines sales, customer communication, and design guidance. Designers receive pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients near their homes, along with sales and design training. The position offers flexible scheduling and the option to work from home, with a direct path to Senior Sales Designer.

Requirements

Candidates must be coachable and have a growth mindset.
Willingness to complete paid sales training.
Reliable access to a motor vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

Attend pre-set customer appointments using provided leads and marketing materials.
Build rapport with customers and understand their organizational needs.
Walk through customers’ homes to assess opportunities.
Educate customers about products and services.
Follow the sales training process and use communication skills to help residential customers with home organizational needs.
