About The Position

WMH Solutions is a premier material handling company serving businesses across the Southeast for over 35 years. With 11 branches across NC, SC, TN, VA, GA, and AL, we support operations relying on forklifts, heavy equipment, fleet rentals, parts, and industrial service. We are hiring a Sales & Rental Operations Coordinator to serve as the central hub managing order processing, rental contract coordination, fleet inventory, and cross-departmental communication at our Charlotte corporate office.

Requirements

1+ years in Sales Coordination, Rental Operations, Logistics, Fleet Management, Dispatch, Order Processing, Dealership Support, or high-volume Customer Service / Administrative roles.
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver’s License required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
Comfortable learning internal ERP/inventory management software
Exceptional attention to detail
Proactive follow-through
Strong written/verbal communication
Ability to prioritize shifting tasks

Industry-specific material handling knowledge is helpful, but not required—we will train you on our equipment!

Responsibilities

Review, process, and track customer orders for new, used, and rental equipment.
Manage lease agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and sales contracts.
Assist with rental contract setup, stock list tracking, trade-in processing, equipment delivery scheduling, and warranty registrations.
Act as the main communication bridge connecting Sales Representatives, Service Technicians, Rental Managers, Customers, Leasing Companies, and Manufacturers.
Support order accuracy verification, invoicing reports, gross profit review, and vendor record management.
Provide rapid administrative response for urgent customer inquiries, branch order updates, and overflow support for sales teams.
