About The Position

Lexus of Nashville is hiring a full-time Sales Receptionist to welcome guests and serve as the first point of contact in its showroom. The role involves greeting and directing visitors, connecting customers with sales staff, handling incoming calls and messages, maintaining key inventory, and helping keep the café and service lounge clean and welcoming. The receptionist also follows established procedures and supports dealership staff as needed. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Starting pay is $17 per hour, increasing to $18 per hour after 90 days, with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally.
Determine the purpose of each visit and guide customers to the appropriate department or team member.
Notify sales staff when customers arrive and connect customers with the appropriate salesperson.
Answer and route incoming calls, or take accurate, detailed messages.
Maintain and manage key inventory for the sales team.
Prepare light refreshments and keep the café and service lounge clean and welcoming.
Communicate with customers and teammates in a friendly, respectful, and efficient manner.
Follow receptionist procedures and support dealership staff as needed.
