Requirements

Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors with a positive, welcoming attitude.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Provide support to the sales, service, and accounting departments as needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.
