About The Position

Keeler Motor Car is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a key administrative role that supports both our sales department and daily dealership operations.

Requirements

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Comfortable learning and working with multiple online systems and portals.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous administrative, receptionist, dealership, or office experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a professional first impression.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage dealership inventory and maintain accurate vehicle records.
Process and claim manufacturer sales incentives.
Handle and reconcile daily cash, checks, and credit card payments.
Track showroom traffic, customer visits, and sales activity.
Upload and download documents through various manufacturer and third-party portals.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and document preparation.
Maintain organized records and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Provide general office support to management as needed.
