About The Position

Heritage Roofing & Construction is hiring a Sales & Project Coordinator to help launch and grow its Denver market. This entry-level opportunity combines sales and roofing project coordination, with paid training, mentorship, and a path to leadership. Roofing experience is not required. Team members in their first year regularly earn $100,000 or more, and top performers earn $300,000 or more annually; earnings vary based on individual performance.

Denver hires must complete a paid training program in Dallas, Texas, lasting up to 90 days, before returning to help launch and grow the Denver market. Training includes weekly base pay plus commission. The position offers uncapped commission and performance-based earning potential, incentive trips, contests, team events, and medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• A pickup truck, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Ability to complete the paid training program in Dallas, Texas, for up to 90 days.
• Comfort working outdoors and at heights.
• Motivation, coachability, comfort talking with people, and interest in setting goals and working toward results.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales, athletics, the military, hospitality, customer service, retail management, or construction.
• Roofing experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for potential storm damage.
• Explain the insurance restoration process to homeowners.
• Coordinate roofing restoration projects from start to finish.
• Build customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Provide responsive, high-quality service throughout each project.
• Help launch and grow the Denver market after completing training.
