About The Position

Planet Automotive is a new family-owned and operated Automotive Group with dealerships in Golden, Colorado (Planet Honda, Planet Hyundai, and Genesis of Golden) and Ellisville, Missouri (Leo Payne Honda). Since 1996, the group has been committed to ethical and fair business practices, offering a Negotiation-Free selling experience. The group comprises 225 individuals, and they believe their employees are fundamental to their continued success. This role is for a professional specializing in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining relationships, and selling new and used Honda vehicles to customers.

Responsibilities

Uphold the Honda image by presenting oneself in accordance with the Company and Honda brand.
Realize that business is built on Honda customer satisfaction and devote oneself to guaranteeing satisfaction to Honda customers.
Determine each Honda customer's vehicle needs by asking questions, listening, and selecting the vehicle that best fits the customer's needs.
Maintain a relationship with Honda customers.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of competitive models and their features, and how they compare to new or used Planet Honda vehicles in inventory.
Sell new and used vehicles using the Negotiation-Free method taught by Planet Honda's training and development team.
