About The Position
Nelson Mazda Tulsa is looking for outgoing, driven, customer-focused people to join our team as Client Advisors. You do not need previous automotive sales experience. If you are great with people, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated to succeed, we will teach you the automotive side of the business. Our Client Advisor model is designed for people who want to build a long-term career while still having time for life outside of work. You don't need to know cars. You need to know people. We'll teach you the rest. Build a $60,000 career while working four days a week.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle
- Learn Nelson Auto Group's sales process, products, technology, and customer experience standards
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, email, and video
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Maintain customer relationships before, during, and after the sale
- Work with the dealership team to create an easy, professional buying experience
