Requirements
- Valid Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master Plumber preferred)
- Proven experience in residential plumbing service and repair
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to present options and close service agreements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude
Responsibilities
- Perform in-home plumbing assessments and present customers with service and repair options
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions, upgrades, or replacements
- Build rapport with customers to deliver a consultative, needs-based sales experience
- Complete plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance with quality craftsmanship
- Accurately prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation
- Uphold company standards for punctuality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
