About The Position

As the Sales Planning & Analytics Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales organization to achieve its volume and financial targets. You will partner closely with Sales and Field Sales teams to achieve best in class execution in-store and at industry trade shows. The ideal candidate is autonomous, curious, and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced CPG (beverages) environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, or Trade Marketing
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, ability to manage complex processes
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual (English & French), written and spoken

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a CPG and/or Fortune 500 company preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in trade show management
  • Experience with CRM systems (Repsly, Salesforce, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience with POS (e.g., Nielsen) and retailer data (e.g., LDIA, IRI) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead trade show management across all channels by establishing a consistent corporate presence. Responsibilities include managing and procuring assets, overseeing logistics (registration, samples, POP), and representing KDP at events (shared with Key Account Managers and Field Sales team).
  • Partner with Sales teams to consolidate and communicate monthly priorities for Field Sales. Provide bilingual (English/French) support as needed.
  • Own, maintain, and enhance CRM reporting and dashboards that support Territory Sales Representatives and Sales leadership decision-making.
  • Provide visibility into field sales execution, performance, and compliance through CRM reporting and insights.
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting, performance analysis, and actionable insights to Sales leadership, Key Account Managers, and Field Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, National Field Sales, to onboard new Territory Sales Representatives.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical, reporting, trade planning, and presentation support to the Snr Manager - Field Sales and the Director Small Format/Alternative Channel Director.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Brand & Omni Marketing, Innovation, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support customer initiatives, business planning, and execution.
