Requirements

College degree or equivalent plus seven years relevant sales recruiting experience required.
Experience coordinating and tracking sales promotion email to field leaders and agents.
Experience with event and meeting planning.
Must possess excellent leadership, oral and written communication, planning and decision making skills.
Some travel required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

Experience with project management or managing sales process preferred.
Strong problem solving, motivation, and marketing skills preferred.
Licensed in all product lines preferred.
FINRA Registered Representative and Principal, Series 6, 26 & 63 preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee state recruiting and development of Agents and Agency Managers.
Drive the development of goals and strategies through the state by coordinating sales meetings.
Monitor agent performance through metrics, coaching, and analysis.
Prepare departmental communications.
Arrange travel and prepare expense reports.
Monitor budgets and action plans.
