As Sales Performance Manager, Americas, you will play a key role in helping our Americas Commercial team understand performance across the US, Canada and the Caribbean, using data, insight and commercial judgement to identify where we can take meaningful action. Reporting to the VP Americas, you will work closely with Virgin Atlantic teams across Sales, Revenue Management, Pricing, Marketing, Digital and Distribution, as well as Delta Air Lines Sales Development team in Atlanta. You will be accountable for sales reporting, performance analysis, planning and insight across the Americas, supporting the region to deliver against significant point-of-sale revenue targets. This is more than an analyst role. You will be expected to act as a commercial leader, turning insight into clear recommendations, influencing senior stakeholders, and supporting the Americas leadership team to make confident, data-led decisions.
