About The Position

Reporting directly to the Global Sales Director based in Germany, you will be building and leading the Americas Sales team. This is a role for someone who wants to create something - you will be establishing and growing FRAMOS' commercial presence across the Americas region (currently USA and Canada), with ownership of both EMAC (a FRAMOS company) and FRAMOS revenue. The role is based at our office in Carbondale, IL with a possibility to work remotely / hybrid.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a sales leader in industrial imaging
  • Proven track record of building - markets, teams, pipelines - not just managing existing structures
  • Strong leadership skills and know how to bring people with you
  • Strategic and growth mindset, paired with the hands-on drive to execute
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Affinity for digitization and are comfortable working with a CRM tool (ideally Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy, identifying short- and long-term revenue potential in industrial imaging across the Americas
  • Own and grow both EMAC and FRAMOS revenue in the region, taking full accountability for regional sales forecasts
  • Build, lead, and inspire the Americas sales team, fostering a performance-oriented and motivating work environment
  • Develop and enable your team to succeed with a "challenger sales" mentality in solution selling
  • Establish a strong and lasting FRAMOS presence in the Americas, acting as a true entrepreneur within the company
