We’re looking for an Inside Sales /Sales Operations Specialist to join our Once Animal Lighting Business in Plymouth, MN .

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Effective interpersonal skills including leading cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Experience in data analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in SAP or similar ERP applications along with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or Relux is a plus.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Responsibilities

Streamline and Optimize Sales Process while overseeing Sales Funnel and Sales Forecasting
Onboarding of sales channel partners
Liaison between sales acquisition and order fulfillment teams while ensuring frequent and efficient reporting and communication.
Maintains customer resource management tools and sales processes.
Help build new product Reseller Channels with Key Account Managers
