About The Position

Gibson Homewares is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support a Sales Manager and drive seamless execution of the sales process from ideation through final delivery. This is a high-visibility, in-house role ideal for a detail-oriented sales support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales operations and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and coordination across all stages of the sales lifecycle. You will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing teams while maintaining professional relationships with retail customers.

Requirements

  • On-site position ; must be able to commute to Los Angeles daily (Monday-Friday)
  • 2+ years of inside sales support or sales operations experience
  • Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills
  • Strong customer-facing presence; comfortable working with retail customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office , including Outlook and Excel
  • Intermediate Excel skills , including formulas and data handling
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end sales operations support for a Sales Manager and sales team
  • Manage and track new product development timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams , including Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing
  • Prepare, process, and manage sales quotations using Oracle
  • Monitor sales order progress to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external retail partners
