As an Sales Operations Analyst at RXO, you’ll focus on Leads coming through the website that need to be reviewed and approved and assigned to a seller, account creations that are reviewed and matched to D&B before approval and ensure we are not creating duplicate accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1 Year of experience

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel and quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications
  • Experience in developing presentations for senior management, preferably at the C level
  • Experience working with sales teams at all levels.
  • Forward thinking and can utilize the resources available, perform research on industries and customers, etc. and utilize Salesforce daily.
  • Acquisition experience
  • The ability to work extended hours, including weekends if needed occasionally and travel between regions/corporate headquarters occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer quality distro and brokerage sales operations distro that may receive internal and external questions
  • Perform ad hoc research, respond to team member requests, freeze users in system after departure and work with management on account re-assignment
  • Review and approve Freight Optimizer code change requests
  • Assist Offshore resources by managing the leads and account creations when there are questions, escalations or increased workload where additional help is needed
  • Other duties as assigned
