This is a high-impact opportunity to support the Insurance Distribution team by enabling Sales Directors to drive advisor engagement, strengthen loyalty, and improve sales performance within the WFG channel. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will work closely with Sales Directors and senior leadership to deliver critical operational, analytical, and coordination support across internal teams and external partners. In this role, you will own key processes such as month-end execution, advisor recognition programs, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and deliver meaningful business insights.
