The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for understanding and communicating complex customer account setup requirements, processing new account setups using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program, and capturing accurate information within the CRM system. This role also involves supporting the development of processes and documentation for the CRM system, conducting regular audits for data integrity in the CRM and KNA operating system (SAP), and building relationships with field sales to support their CRM requests.
