About The Position

This position will perform forecasting, scheduling, material planning, and tracking real-time performance in order to support growing business. Position can be located at our facility in Mossville, IL or Irving, TX.

Requirements

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Capacity Planning & Management - MFG: Knowledge of tools, approaches and practices for determining production demand and ability to manage resources needed to provide satisfactory levels of service.
Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
Forecasting: Knowledge of forecasting tools, approaches and practices; ability to determine product demand and estimate production requirements and loads.
Internal Resource Coordination: Knowledge of the techniques, tools and applications associated with coordination of internal resources; ability to synchronize and integrate activities, responsibilities, and command and control structures to ensure that internal resources are used most efficiently in pursuit of business objectives.
Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.

Responsibilities

Conducting forecasting to drive decision-making.
Liaising with operational management teams on all matters related to resource planning.
Producing effective resource scheduling to maximize performance and meet KPIs/SLA.
Maintaining inventory levels and coordinating material movement to support production plan.
Analyzing business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.
