About The Position

As a Sales Operations Manager within North America Client Group (NACG), you will lead enterprise sales messaging and strategy. You will partner with Sales Leadership and teams across Product, Marketing, Learning and Development, and other functions to translate business priorities into clear, coordinated, sales-ready communications. Your goal: deliver the right messages through the right channels at the right time, with the context and tools the sales force needs to act. You will lead the team, operating model, priorities, stakeholder relationships, and outcomes for a portfolio of messaging programs. You will set direction, make tradeoffs, resolve conflicts, and directly lead high-priority work. You will also coach associates, manage capacity, establish standards and decision rights, and use field feedback, engagement data, and technology—including AI—to improve communication quality, timing, and adoption.

Requirements

  • You are a strategic, resourceful leader who can translate enterprise priorities, product and investment developments, and sales opportunities into clear, actionable messaging.
  • You can build and evolve a sales messaging operating model that covers intake, prioritization, governance, decision rights, escalation paths, channel standards, and field feedback.
  • You can manage a portfolio of programs, balancing value, urgency, risk, audience needs, and team capacity to decide what to support, redirect, defer, or stop.
  • You can develop messaging and activation plans with clear audiences, objectives, timing, ownership, actions, dependencies, and success measures.
  • You build trusted relationships with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Investment Groups, Marketing, Learning and Development, and other functions, and use sound judgment and influence to resolve competing priorities and unclear ownership.
  • You have experience leading a team or a function, setting objectives, managing capacity and performance, coaching or mentoring associates, and maintaining continuity of critical work.
  • You use field feedback, engagement data, and business insight to evaluate outcomes, identify patterns, and improve message usefulness and adoption.
  • You use technology and AI to simplify or automate repeatable work across intake, drafting, calendar management, insight synthesis, reporting, and publishing.
  • You understand the sales environment, financial principles, and investment strategies and can quickly build fluency in relevant products, audiences, and channels.
  • You are familiar with sales communication and enablement platforms such as Salesforce and Seismic.
  • You have 7+ years of relevant experience leading complex programs, managing change, and delivering results in a highly matrixed organization.
