Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and support a team of licensed plumbers, setting performance standards, enforcing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
Coordinate daily workflow, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure compliance with all codes and safety regulations. Work closely with dispatch and office staff to maximize team efficiency.
Identify areas for increased sales and profitability within plumbing operations. Monitor KPIs, manage team productivity, and ensure service targets are met or exceeded.
Provide hands-on support in the field when needed. Serve as a technical resource for the team and ensure all work meets quality standards.
Ensure customers receive high-quality, timely, and respectful service. Proactively address concerns and lead the team in delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Recruit, train, and mentor plumbing staff. Build a positive team culture focused on growth, skill development, and retention.
