Fin is seeking an analytical, systems-minded, and highly organized Sales Operations Manager, Sales Tooling & Process to join their Revenue Operations team. The mission of this role is to empower Fin's go-to-market teams with the tools, processes, and insights needed to drive predictable growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The individual in this role will own the sales tooling ecosystem, operational workflows, and routing infrastructure that enable efficient prospecting, seamless deal execution, and scalable growth. As an operational partner to Sales leadership, they will manage critical sales systems, optimize processes, and drive improvements that reduce manual work and increase productivity across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with Business Systems, Enablement, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to build the operational foundation for Fin's efficient scaling, ensuring sales infrastructure remains reliable, adaptable, and aligned with evolving business priorities.
