We're looking for an analytical, systems-minded, and highly organized Sales Operations Manager, Sales Tooling & Process to join our Revenue Operations team. Our mission is to empower Fin's go-to-market teams with the tools, processes, and insights they need to drive predictable growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll own the sales tooling ecosystem, operational workflows, and routing infrastructure that enable efficient prospecting, seamless deal execution, and scalable growth. As the operational partner to Sales leadership, you'll manage critical sales systems, optimize processes, and drive improvements that reduce manual work and increase productivity across the organization. You'll work closely with Business Systems, Enablement, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to build the operational foundation that allows Fin to scale efficiently, keeping our sales infrastructure reliable, adaptable, and aligned with evolving business priorities.
