About The Position

Figma is growing its team and is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to partner with the New Business and Inside Sales teams. This role is crucial for scaling revenue across self-service and assisted sales motions. The position is full-time and can be based in one of Figma's US hubs or remotely within the United States.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales operations experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proven expertise in Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools (specifically Sigma).
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to generate sales insights, including hands-on experience with Claude Code.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to deliver sophisticated models, spreadsheets, and executive presentations to senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep SQL knowledge and experience with Sigma and Gong.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary business partner to New Business and Inside Sales leadership, owning the operating rhythm, surfacing insights, and providing a data-driven perspective to accelerate growth.
  • Own the end-to-end forecasting process for New Business and Inside Sales, ensuring rigor and repeatability in pipeline reviews and adapting methodology to market dynamics.
  • Lead and elevate the operating cadence (MBRs, QBRs, forecast reviews) by synthesizing funnel trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving leadership decisions.
  • Shape the organizational foundation by recommending headcount, org design, quota structures, and book-of-business allocation for efficient and equitable scaling.
  • Define and govern rules of engagement for account ownership, lead routing, and AE-ISR collaboration to maximize coverage and reduce friction.
  • Build and maintain intelligence systems (dashboards, reports, automated insights) leveraging AI to accelerate the data-to-action process for sales and finance leadership.
  • Deploy AI tools and workflows to enhance operational processes, including pipeline analysis, forecasting accuracy, and identifying patterns in rep performance and segment health.
  • Partner with Sales Systems, Finance, and Marketing Operations to maintain data quality and governance standards, ensuring trustworthy and actionable insights.
