Sales Operations Coordinator

About The Position

The Sales Operations Coordinator exists to solve one of the company's biggest operational challenges: getting proposals built and out the door quickly, and keeping procurement and vendor management organized and on track. This role takes work off the plate of a team member who is also responsible for system design, which currently creates delays. The coordinator will take finished system designs and turn them into complete, accurate proposals, then own procurement and vendor coordination from there, tracking materials, purchase orders, and job costing until each project is fully outfitted. This role works closely with the company's system designer and its broader operations team, and will be trusted with real financial judgment, including holding the line on purchases until funding is confirmed. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, detail-oriented communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions, push back when something doesn't add up, and keep multiple proposals moving at once without letting any of them stall.
