About The Position

The Sales Operations Coordinator manages many critical processes across multiple departments. This role is responsible for state and wholesaler level brand registration of Rhinegeist’s full portfolio of beverages. Additionally, they will build product pricing, maintain wholesaler records and product pricing, and manage beer order fulfillment. Candidates must be highly organized, thrive in a deadline-driven environment, and work closely with Wholesalers, Sales Operations, Managers, and Warehouse teams to ensure wholesalers receive ordered products in a timely and compliant manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills to adhere to deadline driven duties
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
  • Strong analytical skill set

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or compliance
  • Experience with Encompass ERP, VIP and the full Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales leadership to manage the input and set up of retail and distributor pricing
  • Build the corresponding pricing into Encompass
  • Maintain an accurate and accountable pricing file for the organization
  • Maintain state brand registration for Rhinegeist’s full portfolio of beverages
  • Manage the Wholesaler New Item Form (NIF) process
  • Maintain registration documentation and status tracking sheets for item setup by state and wholesaler
  • Provide customer DOP trainings and support
  • Process sales sample requests
  • Attend Post Production Meetings to gather pertinent information related to new products
  • Maintain wholesaler customer records and pricing information within Encompass ERP
  • Manage Encompass product linking, Continuing Encompass education and training
  • Manage a weekly beer order process for field sales
  • Digital order building and fulfillment
  • Build orders based on incoming orders, rate of sale, availability, and release timing — mindful of wholesaler weeks of supply
  • Understand weekly Inventory Sync process
  • Build sales plans into planned shipments and availability; provide weekly Seasonal Plan execution updates
  • Follow process for PO Dashboard updates critical to Freightgeist/delivery and financial projections
  • Work with Sales and Operations to maximize FTL (Full Truckload) opportunities
  • Proactively manage beer “Left to ship”, assuring volume planned is ordered
  • Assist with active SKU management to support brand transitions
