Requirements

Associate Arts/Science degree (AA/AS) or Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
3+ years of sales, customer service experience with Bachelor’s degree, OR
5+ years of relevant working experience with Associate Arts/Science degree.
Organized and detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bilingual in Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to adapt, prioritize and multi-task
Works well as individual and with sales teams

Responsibilities

Support the Sales team with all related to sales activities to improve efficiency and grow sales revenue.
Respond to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co-op applications, product availability, pricing and quoting.
Work cross-functionally with production, accounting, logistics and marketing teams.
Follow up on weekly backorder list and review with order processing team.
Handle customer issues, inquiries, samples and returns.
Perform other job duties as manager assigned.
